Software License Terms
These starter terms provide a general framework for licensing HVH Digi software. They should be reviewed and adapted before commercial launch to match the exact product, plan, payment method and applicable law.
License scope
When a product is purchased or otherwise licensed, the permitted users, installations, environments, features and license period are determined by the product plan or order agreed at purchase.
Permitted use
The software may be used for the licensed purpose and within the limits of the applicable plan. Access credentials and license keys should be kept secure and should not be shared beyond the licensed scope unless the applicable plan expressly allows it.
Restrictions
Do not use the software for unlawful activity, attempt to bypass license controls, interfere with service security, or redistribute paid product components except where the applicable license expressly permits it.
Updates and support
Update access, support channels and response expectations may differ by product and plan. The product page, quotation or purchase confirmation should state what is included.
Suspension or termination
Access may be limited when a license expires, payment is not completed, or use materially exceeds the agreed license scope, subject to applicable law and the commercial terms provided at purchase.
